Floral Hills Cleanup - May 4 and May 5, 2013

"A few months ago, David Robertson's mother passed away. 

When Robertson decided to visit her grave in the Floral Hills Memory Gardens, near Chillicothe, a few weeks ago, he was disheartened to find the deteriorated condition of the cemetery. 

After finding a trash pile, leftover vaults strewn around the property, unkept grass and an empty and dilapidated maintenance building, Robertson decided it was time to find out who was responsible for the care and up-keep of the property.
