Exploring Almost Forgotten Gravesites in the Great State of Ohio

Dedicated to cemetery preservation in the great state of Ohio

"A cemetery may be considered as abandoned when all or practically all of the bodies have been Removed therefrom and no bodies have been buried therein for a great many years, and the cemetery has been so long neglected as entirely to lose its identity as such, and is no longer known, recognized and respected by the public as a cemetery. 1953 OAG 2978."

My Memorial Day Visit to All Saints Cemetery in Northfield, Summit County, Ohio

I visited All Saints Cemetery in Northfield, Summit County, Ohio on this Memorial Day, 2013 looking for veterans stones to photograph.  Of course, there are more there than I could easily count, but I chose a few of them to photograph and share today.  They are all in Section 4.

Only one interment was posted on "Find A Grave" of those markers that I photographed, and it was missing the tombstone photograph.  So I was able to add the picture of it to the memorial today.
