Memorial Day holds its own unique history.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Memorial Day in America holds its own designated importance as a day for us to set aside and honor those who gave the last full measure of their lives so we could continue to live ours in peace. Many of us show our respect by placing flags on veterans' gravesites and take time to express our appreciation to them for their sacrifices so that we can live our lives in freedom.
