Judge issues final order on Fairview Memorial Park - Delaware County, Ohio

It has been a long time coming for Delaware County's Fairview Memorial Park to have a viable owner.  Finally, and thankfully, the Berlin Township Trustees are now legally responsible for it's care and regular maintenance. 
Congratulations go out to Mr. Tim Foor who has been tireless since the beginning with his dedication to Fairview Memorial Park and its reaching this important goal of having a full-time responsible owner.
